Winter Wellness Tea Recipe

It’s that time of year when there are lots of colds going around.
Hot drinks like tea help restore you back to health and are soothing for sore throats. There’s a good reason why your Mum would make you a lemon and honey drink when you were sick. For this recipe we used our Organic Lemongrass tea (anti-viral), lemon (vitamin c), turmeric (anti-inflammatory), ginger (anti-inflammatory) and manuka honey (anti-bacterial). Brew them all up in a tea pot and sip as necessary.
2 heaped tablespoons of True North Teas Organic Lemongrass
1cm slices of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of turmeric
Juice of half a lemon
1 heaped tea spoon of Manuka honey
