COCONUT CHAI RECIPE

Coconut Chai for two...
2 True North Chai Time tea bags (or 4 teaspoons of loose leaf chai)
1 cup of coconut milk
1.5 cups of filtered water
2 teaspoons of honey (optional)
1. Put the tea bags in a pot with hot filtered water. Simmer gently in a pot on the stove for ten mins.
2. Remove the tea bag and stir in the coconut milk and honey until heated but not boiled. If you boil it for too long it will form a skin on the top.
A milk frother this is a good alternative as it makes the coconut milk nice and fluffy.
3. Serve with your favourite biscuits.
